If you haven't heard the buzz about Nicole Richie's clothing line, Winter Kate, named after her first daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden, then you must have been living under a rock. Personally, I've been following her since her days on the Simple Life, where her outrageous, hilarious and sassy personality made me an instant fan. She already has a successful accessory line, House of Harlow 1960, also named after her adorable daughter. This season, she will add shoes to the line which reflect her unique style.
