TUTORIAL: Rachel Bilson Make-up Tutorial

This is a look from Rachel Bilson's appearance at this year's Fashion's Night Out.  As I mentioned in my summer post, I had the opportunity to go to the one in Tokyo and it was absolutely fabulous. Here are a few photos of me & my beautiful friend Rio.

It was a wonderful experience; lots of free bubbly, fashionable people, fashionable clothes, etc. We had a lot of fun :) Anyway, you're not here for me, so let's get on with the tutorial.  This is the look I'll be attempting to emulate (click the photo to see a bigger version):
